Construction Skills Queensland (CSQ) is an independent industry-funded body supporting employers, workers, apprentices and career seekers in the building and construction industry. CSQ contracts the services of RTOs on an annual basis to deliver the contracted programs outlined in our Annual Training Plan. The procurement of RTO services is managed through a competitive purchasing strategy, based on an annual invitation-to-offer process via an online tendering facility.
RTOs wanting to receive invitations to tender for CSQ funded programs must first make application to be approved as a CSQ Registered Training Supplier (RTS).
Our RTO Consultants will guide you through the application to become approved as a CSQ Registered Training Supplier (RTS).
The CITB provides access to subsidised training for over 200 short courses to make training more affordable and accessible to the South Australian Building and Construction Industry. Training is provided by CITB Endorsed Training Providers (ETPs) across metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia.
Our RTO Consultants can provide guidance and support for preparing your CITB application to become an Endorsed Training Provider (ETP).
Our RTO Consultants can assist with obtaining the various Government funded contracts that are available to RTO’s. We can assist with the preparation and lodgment of the following Government Contracts:
- QLD DESBT – PQS -User Choice & Trade Skills Assessment and Gap Training (TSAGT)

“Hawkeye provided a professional service in assisting us in readiness for a DET User Choice and Certificate 3 Guarantee Audit. They were able to navigate our student management and filing system quickly and efficiently to help us prepare. They also had some great ideas on the presentation and format of our files presented to the auditors. Retaining Hawkeye gave us peace of mind as we commenced our audit. The outcome of both of our audits was successful.”
